At Education Perfect (EP), we’re a team of dedicated professionals passionate about empowering educators and inspiring students.

EP is searching for a **Part-time** **Customer Support Specialist **who will be pivotal in supporting our community of over 70k teachers and 1.4m students worldwide to maximise their experience using EP and living our value of ‘Users First’.

**Days of work**: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

**Hours -** **Friday, Monday, Tuesday** 4pm - 8pm

**Saturday, Sunday** 10am - 7pm

**Key responsibilities of the role**
- Provide valued support and customer service directly to our users.
- Maximise our customer’s EP experience.
- Collaborate with the team daily to resolve recurring customer queries.
- Be the voice of our users, sharing themes with the wider business to continuously improve our product and user experience.

**What we’re looking for**
- An efficient typing speed with a high attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- A customer service mindset - offering friendly and efficient service.
