**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

The ICT Support Specialists main purpose is to engage with our people to resolve ICT issues they may have. We’re a complex ICT environment

Here’s a flavour to get the taste buds excited
- ** The Tech Guru **- you’ll love everything that is technology. We’re a complex ICT environment but with your help and expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory and M365 you’ll be seen as the guru helping people left, right and centre.
- ** In person Vs over the phone **- We like to interact in different ways, this might be in the form of being onsite at our call centre in Levin to working from home to working at head office.
- ** Keeping the rhythm** - don't worry we don't mean singing or dancing (although both would be welcomed). We’re talking about the appreciation and respect for working in a collaborative setting with (sometimes) a wider audience than your direct team
- ** Customer Experience** - we’re on a mission to deliver world-class customer experiences and you’ll be part of the team that helps us get there. Everything we do is for our awesome customers or the environment.
