My client are looking for a Facilities/Office Coordinator to join their fabulous team, this is a great opportunity to get a foot into an exciting company. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand is presented in the best light and greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner and providing a high level of administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the wider team. We are looking for someone that can get started immediately for a 6 month contract based in South Auckland.

Duties include:

- Greeting and assisting any clients and internal staff members
- Manage calendars and inboxes
- Book and manage internal conference and meeting rooms
- Coordinate catering, stock and supplies for events
- Provide support to facilities and fleet teams
- Assisting in the mailroom when needed
- Database management and formatting documents
- Monitor stationery and cleaning supplies, coordinate and place a monthly order
- Assist teams with various administrative tasks as directed
- Manage and coordinate small facilities projects
- Manage supplier relationships
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

You will need:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Systems and process focused with a continuous improvement approach
