**Group Parts Manager**

**Our Client**

**Muster**recruit is working with **Hyundai Motors NZ (HMNZ)** on the search for their **Group Parts Manager.**

We are recruiting for a multitalented individual to join their highly driven team working nationally across New Zealand, based out of Mount Wellington.

As the **Group Parts Manager** you will need to demonstrate and provide industry leadership to the dealer and repairer network, enabling them to grow market penetration.

You will ensure HMNZ provides effective training and technical support to the parts teams in the dealer and collision repair networks to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction and parts sales.

This is a diverse role dealing with a large number of external and internal stakeholders.

**Role Specifics**
- Be accountable for the performance and adherence to the strategic plan of the Group Parts department
- Be accountable for the performance of all parts department personnel, inclusive of engagement with development plans, reviews and ensuring crossover of skillsets
- Support the development of Hyundai trucks aftersales activity
- Monitor and maintain documented evidence of competitor parts pricing
- Continuously look for opportunities to increase revenue through effective inventory management
- Collaborate with the Inventory manager to maintain required stock levels
- Collaborate with the Inventory manager to prepare new model initial stocks lists and orders
- Communicate with OEM suppliers and other suppliers surrounding the development and supply of branded accessory products
- Sustainably drive dealer workshop retail, trade mechanical and trade smash lines
- Oversee all Parts Trader quotes, Data and Reporting are completed in a timely manner
- Compiling and providing reports relating to the performance and status of the parts department
- Closely liaise with the Customer service and Total service teams to field and manage verbal and written customer communications related to the Parts department
- Assist dealers on all Parts related matters

**About You**
- You will have a strong automotive background and understand the aftersales market
- You will have experience of working in a broad role where you have managed different functions and staff
- Your management style will be one of your key strengths
- You will be highly organised and have excellent IT skills
- You will have a collaborative working style and be used to working with other managers
