**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for skilled end user trainer who has experience in the following areas and can build this knowledge into training daily in Auckland. Our Applications Trainer will deliver training to mature our student’s knowledge, awareness, Power Platform and Microsoft office suite usage and assist them by addressing common challenges experienced by most companies. We are searching for individuals that have teaching experience or be willing to upskill in the relevant discipline areas;
Microsoft Power BI to DAX level of understanding

Microsoft Excel at an Advanced level

Microsoft SharePoint and Teams user training

Microsoft Office Suites including Access and Project all versions.

Project Management end user training
- A previous knowledge of ITIL or interest in the area would be an advantage.

**What will you do?**

Deliver a portfolio of training courses.

Create and maintain an adaptive and engaging learning environment

Evaluate learning material on an on-going basis, adjusting delivery strategies and providing feedback to the Product Manager

Build and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships
- Participate in client discussions and the design and development of customised training course materials or associated collateral, which may include manuals, training plans, outlines, learning objectives, instructor guides, student guides, workshop exercises and performance tests.
