We hire character over qualifications.About UsWe have been in operation in the F45 network for over 5 years and have recently been awarded the best studio in NZ and recognised as one of the top F45 studios in the world. Our Management Team have been with us for years progressing their knowledge through training and development.The staff are the key to our success and we want them at all times to feel valued, have the ability to contribute and be nurtured through personal development.About the role:In this role you will be responsible for running group training classes with another trainer. Don't worry you don't have to do any boring admin tasks as our Studio Manager looks after all of that. You will be responsible for contributing to studio culture and maintaining client relationships.We are looking for a person that will have a LOVE for our brand and our clients. A person that is able to train all abilities. A great personality and attitude will succeed over a lack of desired skill set. We are willing to train and develop the best candidate in any area necessary.What's on offer?This role offers you the chance to step into an established Studio with great community and studio processes.You will be supported by our Studio Manager, Head Trainer and the Studio Owner who has been in the F45 Network for years.
