We are looking for a switched on and motivated Business Support Administrator on a fixed term assignment, starting ASAP for maternity cover. This is a temporary, full-time assignment supporting a close knit and high functioning team with day-to-day admin / office management tasks and database entry.

Key Duties Will Likely Include:

- Managing general inboxes and ensuring efficient communication flow.
- Setting up workpapers, sending and managing questionnaires, finalizing and electronically filing accounts.
- Handling the setup and closure of companies, as well as companies' office administration.
- Coordinating outsource activities, including liaising with the outsource team, allocating tasks, managing workflow, and handling queries.
- Overseeing our XPM database, managing client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, such as cleaning up Xero and managing minor GST/RWT/Tax returns.
- Potential involvement in payroll functions (dependent on skillset).
- Utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office to follow up with individuals regarding form completion.

Fitting in with the existing team's culture is becoming a very important piece of the puzzle in this day and age, having a good sense of humour and enjoying office banter is a must for this role.

We are looking for:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite, including pivot tables.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ideally, experience as a Personal Assistant (PA).
- Tech-savviness and adaptability to various software tools.
- A positive attitude, a sense of humour, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative office culture.
