As a Release Lead you will focus on delivering business value incrementally, through small regular changes within your Platform.

Facilitate and Co-ordinate releases of BAU Maintenance and Feature deliverables in to Production for ANZ Domestic and Global Payment Applications

Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in Group to prioritise Backlog and Features

Work closely with Global Product Owners to ensure clarity around items that are being released

Be accountable for managing one project or multiple high complexity work stream projects

Embed agile principles into planning, design and build that deliver business value quickly

Be extremely proficient with the ANZ Technology Change Management Process and the requirements that surround this

Foster an environment of collaboration, trust and support

Build high level platform release plans that are adaptive rather than predictive

Based on the priorities, track cross-team dependencies & work with Tech Areas to build features in parallel

Focus on value delivered over progress to plan

Ensure Controls evidence required for releases is in place

Manage Issues & Risks, Action Plans and recommendations to Governance bodies

Operate as a primary contact point for items being released in to production with Accountability and Responsibility being imperative for success
