**Your Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Key Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Key Account Manager and Territory Manager teams.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Support Key Account Manager Specialist with account administration and other tasks as required.
- Running and distributing sales reports
- Manage the retail incentive program
- Coordinating conferences, travel, company car fleet, meetings and celebrations
- Other general sales administration tasks as required

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- 2+ years’ sales administrative support experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
- Initiative but knowledge of when to seek assistance
- Confidence and a proactive approach
- A can-do attitude and sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- A successful track record working in the Pharmacy/FMCG/Grocery sector in NZ will constitute an advantage
