An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Stock Co-Ordinator to join our beautiful **_NEWMARKET _**boutique.

As the Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing systems, and developing efficient processes for merchandise handling. You will also play a key role in coaching and mentoring your team members on stock management procedures, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles. In addition to your stock management duties, you will actively support the sales floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience and delivering exceptional customer service.

**_ This is a 40+ Hour a week role._**

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A background and some experience in stock management and stock management processes.
- Ability to create processes and co-ordinate stock.
- Experience in training and motivating staff in stock and online processing.
- A strong work ethic, organisational skills and initiative thinking.
- Highly motivated, dynamic attitude who strives in a challenge and embraces change.
- A keen eye for detail and background in visual merchandising.
- A genuine interest in fashion and takes pride in helping others express their own individual style.
