**Project Delivery Lead.**

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

This is a 12 months fixed-term hybrid full-time opportunity and you can be based anywhere across New Zealand.

**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have skills/ experience in the following areas:

- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proven experience in successfully contributing to delivery of change with business improvement or supporting delivery in a complex/ ambiguous environment.
- Proven ability to deliver solutions that deliver value for customers, business, and our people in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Effective experience in cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proven team management with demonstrable experience in driving effective delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with all teams across all levels within IAG, including partnering with executive and senior level managers.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous environment at times, ability to navigate complexity.
