We are seeking a proactive, customer service-oriented and well-organised **Administrator and Receptionist** to join the award-winning team.

Your primary duty is to deliver a high standard of administration support, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting leadership with various activities and contribute to external engagement and development initiatives. This multifaceted position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support with financial administration.
- Maintain strong relationship with the building landlord to manage building maintenance work through the Property Service system.
- Assist with onboarding and induction process for new staff.
- Arrange domestic and international travel bookings for ARD staff.
- Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner and direct them to meeting rooms as required.
- Provide periodic Executive Assistant support duties, including handling detail-oriented, confidential tasks as assigned.
- Provide support or undertake other allocated general administration duties, as required.

This is a **full-time** (37.5 hours per week), **permanent** opportunity.
The remuneration is $55,000 - $60,000 per annum depending on experience.

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and proactively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details and numerical aptitude.
- Experience in administration services, delivering high quality, timely, and effective outcomes.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be a team player with strong relationship skills who enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of University processes and some of the systems, such as PeopleSoft Financials, HR would be an advantage.
