An exciting permanent opportunity to be the face of a centrally-based medical facility. Our client is looking for an experienced receptionist who is proactive, engaging and regards themself as tech-savvy. If you have recent reception experience and you are looking to work with a collaborative team, then look no further.

This permanent position starts in January and works on a rotational shift over a 4 week period, below are the shift patterns.
- Shift 1 - General reception tasks
6:00 - 14:30
(Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)
- Shift 2 - Admin Support
7:30 - 16:00 / 8:00 - 16:30 / 8:30-17:00
(Monday to Friday) (Flexible during the day shift)
- Shift 3 - Admin Support
11:30 - 20:00
(Monday to Friday)

To be successful within these outstanding businesses you will need:

- Office experience in Reception or Administration
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- MS Office skills
- Organisational & time management abilities
- Happy with the shift pattern
