A national healthcare provider based in Penrose supporting the IT services to hospitals, specialist services and community care.
**Your new role**
As a Service Desk Analyst you will work within a fantastic team to provide efficient and effective service desk support to customers and all key stakeholders.
Your day will come with variety and will be a combination of:
- Answer and maintain phone calls to the service desk for internal end-users and stakeholders
- Log service request tickets to the appropriate team to escalate IT support
- Work with end-users in troubleshooting tickets with your systems knowledge
- Manage service requests in an appropriate and timely manner and communicate with end users and support teams to ensure an efficient turnaround time.
- Monitor timeframes on escalated support
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will bring a minimum of 1 year's experience in a helpdesk or customer service role. You will have a passion of helping others, have an excellent phone manner, an eye for detail and a passion for IT support.
You will have experience in:
- ITSM ticket logging tools experience
- IT Service Desk experience - bonus if healthcare
- Experience handling multiple incident requests
- Experience in a high call volume environment.
