Liaison Officer

Your duties will include:

- liaising with other staff, contractors, sub-contractors, reading the drawings and allocating tasks
- promoting the organization on social media and other media channels
- contacting suppliers and responding to enquiries from clients and quote
- preparing reports, briefing notes and correspondence
- arranging meetings, and taking meeting minutes
- maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements
- answering telephone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records
- greeting visitors and directing visitors to appropriate persons
- implementing management decisions and maintain records of meetings

You must have
- be able to read the drawings so that you can allocate task to the right person
- a qualification at Level 4 or above
- be familiar with Auckland council requirement is preferred
- excellent computer skills and research skills
- excellent time management skills and attention to details
- strong problem-solving skills
- have an outgoing personality, be hardworking, honest, reliable and motivated
- no criminal record
- a drug test may be required
- reliable transport and willing to travel when required
- Only applicants that have the legal right to work in New Zealand (NZ citizenship, residency, or valid work permit) will be considered
