Welcome to the new “Resilience and Assurance Services” Team. This is an exciting time for us as we look to implement and embed our new operating and service delivery model
We're looking for a Consultant to provide support, advice, monitoring and reporting to the Manager Business Resilience and Risk in the emergency management and business continuity and business recovery focus areas.
**Your core responsibilities include**:
- ensuring that fit-for-purpose site and business continuity plans are in place,
- relevant training and awareness learning objectives are met (CIMS, Warden Training etc),
- arranging courses
- routine follow-up actions are completed
- reporting on completion of agreed activities.
He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
To be successful, were looking for Consultancy experience in large and complex organisations, including:
- Implementing pragmatic standards and policy frameworks
- Championing emergency management and business continuity
- Coaching and guiding managers/staff and ideally Influencing business practices across business groups
- Sound understanding of All of Government management principles and offerings

Utu ā-tau/Salary
**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for the roles will be between $63,019 - $88,967 based on skills and experience.
