We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Pest Elimination Division, based in Auckland focusing on the New Zealand market. As our Senior Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in winning and driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions, delivering this through strategic planning, relationship building and solution-orientated selling techniques. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities with new clients leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence across New Zealand.

**Your responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries and geographic regions to prospect and win
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions
- Manage and deliver sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
- Manage and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
- Develop and manage account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- A strategic mindset that is results-oriented
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on winning new business
- High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
