Senior Sales Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Pest Elimination Division, based in Auckland focusing on the New Zealand market. As our Senior Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in winning and driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions, delivering this through strategic planning, relationship building and solution-orientated selling techniques. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities with new clients leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence across New Zealand.
Your responsibilities in this role will include: Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries and geographic regions to prospect and win
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions
Manage and deliver sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
Manage and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
Develop and manage account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on winning new business
High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
