**Your role**

We are currently searching for a willing and capable Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team in Mount Maunganui. In this role you will be responsible for administrative and office support activities for the SCR business.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide ongoing customer service support and perform administrative tasks, answer incoming calls.
- Generate reports and other electronic documents.
- Process orders, including picking, packing and dispatching orders, handle accounts related enquiries.
- Assist with production planning, stock take and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with general warehouse and production activities as reasonably directed
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.

**Your skills & experience**
- Similar experience within the fertiliser or chemical manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, Intermediate computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Package
- Team player with good time management and prioritisation
- Flexible and Learning Attitude with willingness to learn and assist the wider team
- Ability to work with mínimal of supervision
