Ngā kawenga | About the role
The Future of Electronic Monitoring programme provides a significant opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving real outcomes in a broad and exciting area of Ara Poutama.
As the Programme Coordinator you will provide your expertise and administration support across the whole programme, to assist with programme development and delivery. You'll work alongside an experienced Programme Manager, and together you will lead the operational cadence. This is a programme that uses agility to focus on the right things, at the right time, to deliver.

He kōrero mōu | About you
To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, experienced, and highly intuitive. You will bring your love of programme and project coordination and your desire to make a real and positive difference. In return, we offer a an exciting, fast-pasted role in a small, close-knit team. You will be working on a new, innovative programme which aims to reduce risks in the community and is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of those we work with.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- An advanced level of computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Experience in project/programme coordination coupled with comprehensive knowledge of administration systems, functions, and processes
- Strong prioritisation skills with proven ability to organise, plan and prioritise both short
- and long-term tasks across several phases of work
- Great communication and influencing skills to get things done, and the ability to work with a wide range of people effectively.
- Willingness to learn and/or experience in Māori practice and culture

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $78,130 and the full range (85%-120%) is $66,411 - $93,756. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
