Senior Administrator/ Secretariat Fixed term for 12 months
The Social Wellbeing Agency is getting ready to transition to the Social Investment Agency, a new stand-alone central agency, on 1 July 2024. The new agency will be leading change across the public, and in addition to our existing functions, we will have new functions so we can support Government to achieve better outcomes from social service expenditure. It's going to be a busy and exciting time, and we need some experienced and agile people to help us transition and establish the new agency.
This role provides administrative and secretariat support to the Social Investment Board, a group of Social Investment Ministers, and other forums as needed. You will:

- Establish systems to support the Board, including ensuring they can interact seamlessly with the Social Investment Agency as required, including booking flights, accommodation, meeting rooms, IT and arranging fee payments.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, calling for papers and coordinate with officials contributing papers, taking, and distributing, minutes.
- Managing all logistics associated with the meetings and any other Board requirements.
- Support the Board secretariat to be a well-oiled machine.
