This
role is twofold. On one hand, you will be providing day-to-day advice and
support to line managers or directors, working in partnership with them to
streamline HR systems and processes. On the other hand, you will be a change leader,
helping to support cultural change, develop teams, and create bottom-up change
initiatives.

restorative justice
- demonstrated experience supporting pro-active
engagement with Unions and Delegates in employee relations matters
- experience in supporting
organisational change within a complex and unionized work environment
- specialist knowledge or
experience in Cultural Change or Organizational Development
- human resources or
related qualification, or equivalent in staff management experienceProviding
great health care is about employing, supporting and enabling the fabulous
people who deliver it. If you want to
join a team and an organisation made up of some of the most dedicated, caring
and capable members of our community, this is your opportunity.
Why
choose Te Whatu Ora South Canterbury?
As one of the country's smaller health
regions our people enjoy the benefits of a flat structure where all voices are

**heard**: processes that run smoothly and a fun, friendly culture. With us, you're
more than just a number; you are part of a team where everyone knows your name.
Within our district though, we are a large employer, providing arguably the
most interesting and challenging context available for talented people and
culture professionals.
If you're local to the area, you'll be
familiar with all the hidden gems of Timaru. But if you're considering the move
from further afield, you'll soon find out why it's one of the country's best
kept secrets. Ditching the big city traffic and making the dream of owning your
own little patch of land a reality is just the beginning You'll join a
tight-knit community that will make you feel at home from the get-go, and be
able to access all the adventure of the wild South Canterbury back drop,
without being far from a city when you're craving that bit of bustle.
At Te Whatu Ora South Canterbury
integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence are at the
heart of everything we do. We are a proudly diverse team, as we know a diverse
and inclusive workforce achieves the best outcomes for our patients and
communities. If you share in our core values and bring them into every aspect
of your work, we can't wait for you to join us.

professional challenge you crave, make a move that offers an exciting change
and all the freedom to enjoy the moments that matter.
