**We are seeking a Site Administrator -**

Join our team in Auckland as a Site Administrator and dive into an exciting opportunity As the Site Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our site management team, ensuring smooth operations and boosting productivity. Your support services will be vital in keeping things running seamlessly. This role offers a chance to be at the heart of a project that's set to become a landmark in Auckland.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Procore/Aconex
- NCEA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Proven administration skills
- Proficiency in document formatting and reporting using Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with initiative and practicality
- Attention to detail with strong multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and organisational skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a related industry.
