**What will you be doing?**

**The basics**:

- Experience in an HR or Recruitment role would be advantageous, however, administration experience will be considered to
- You will assist with managing end-to-end processes and build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholder groups
- Key part of this role will support the recruitment team with day-to-day coordination
- Natural flair for building rapport with hiring managers business wide
- Proficient in using an ATS and other reporting tools to generate reports and analyse data

Ideally you will be System savvy with previous experience administering an ATS (ideal) and understand, read and interpret data, and present findings in an engaging way

**About you**:

- 1+ year of previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally, tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related area
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
