**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated **Talent Coordinator** to join our team for 12 months to support our Policy Recruitment project.

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Talent Advisor to support the coordination and delivery of recruitment across the policy teams within Treasury in a decentralised model. You will also work with other members of the Talent Team to support the smooth running of all recruitment activities for the Treasury. You will gain great exposure to the full-range of coordination activities that span right across the possibilities of a recruitment function and a fantastic insight into the wider workings of a HR team.

Your demonstrated capability in the role will enable you to take on a greater level of responsibility and you'll be developing your advisory skills through a range of recruitment activities including but not limited to leading recruitment processes, interview panels and advising leaders on desired recruitment approaches.
**Ō pūmanawa | About You**

This role will suit someone with a high aptitude who is driven to learn and develop as a recruitment professional. Ideally, you've studied HR and have relevant recruitment experience but most importantly you're passionate about people, recruitment and forging a career in the industry.
