**The opportunity**:
- We are seeking a dedicated and organised Talent Coordinator to provide generalist administrative and coordination support to our Talent teams within the People & Inclusion function. These teams include Talent Acquisition (Lateral and Graduate), Learning and Development, and Global Mobility. Your efforts will enable these teams to operate efficiently and effectively. This role is **a full time 7-month fixed term contract**.

**Day to day you will**:
- Collaborate with the wider People & Inclusion team on projects and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

**About you**:
- One year or more of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with Success Factors, GLMS or Lever would be advantageous but not a requirement as training will be provided.
