**The role**:
Dur to a recent internal promotion, we’re on the hunt for an experienced and tenacious Senior Account Manager to join our Auckland team In this exciting role, you will work with two of oOh’s largest Tier 1 Agency partners, and sell our breadth of small format road and retail media asset offerings (covering digital and classic print campaigns -bus shelters, digital screens etc)

You’ll jump into a very warm seat with trusted, long-standing relationships, and is a fantastic opportunity to work with reputable, established clients who engage with the biggest brands in New Zealand As the key Account Manager, you’ll provide seamless client services, generating sales growth and retaining and improving pre-existing relationships. Supporting the growth and success of your accounts will be a dedicated Campaign Executive whom you will also be responsible for leading and mentoring. You will also:

- Prospect, maintain and grow revenue-generating relationships with key Tier 1 media agencies
- Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process
- Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
- Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts

Based in Grey Lynn, you’ll join a close knit, experienced team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.

**The Experience**:
Ideally you’ll have 5+ years in Account Management function, prior media experience and be well connected in the industry You will also:

- Be a natural hunter with proven success in managing and expanding key accounts
- Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach
- Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
- An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
- Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
