**A little bit about the Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Account Manager with a passion for helping customers achieve success through digital marketing.
This full-time role has primary responsibility for account management, support and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will work closely with your clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services, understand how to get the best value from their social media marketing tools, and find solutions to address areas of dissatisfaction.
The main focus for this role is account management and growth within a brand Calling on Real Estate Agents, branch staff and corporate divisions, you’ll work with companies in the mid-large range. You’ll be adept at creating a sales plan and you will also reap the benefits of the marketing program, which will provide leads for you to investigate.
You will nurture existing accounts, but the real fun is in expanding them to a higher level and greater coverage. With the company’s services and purpose, there is already a very real need, so your ability to ask questions, understand key drivers and then provide tailored care will be key.

Ideally, you’ve got a few years of account management and business development experience in the service industry already, but we’re quite open
The business’s CEO and Sales Team Leader are big believers in attitude, so if you’ve got the drive and desire, then ‘years in the industry’ isn't as important. You’ll thrive on having autonomy, and you’ll be adept at managing a range of stakeholders. In addition, you’ll be well supported by the head office with plenty of rewards for your success - both financially and from a career perspective.
**This role will require international travel including 4 - 5 time a year to Australia for a week or two at a time.**

**hours of work are 10am - 6pm **as we continue to build out the Australian arm there are possible Australian relocation opportunities. The role is paying $80K + 10% bonus and has some serious growth opportunities as the business continues to expand.
