We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our team as an **Account Manager** for a major **Retail Media** business. In this role, you will work closely with our client to ensure strong partnerships, strategic alignment, and the successful **execution** of retail media **campaigns**, including the management and installation of **point-of-sale (POS)** materials.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in Retail Media, FMCG, Account Management, or a similar field
- A proven ability to collaborate with field teams to turn retail media strategies into execution that drives in-store sales results
- Strong partnership-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing the installation of POS materials to ensure effective in-store execution
- The ability to support and work with a talented, dynamic team
- Experience in fostering and growing long-term business relationships
As the **Account Manager**, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Operations teams to translate retail media strategies into action plans that drive sales, media excellence, and effective POS installations
- Planning and project managing the priorities and execution requirements for retail media campaigns and POS implementation
- Measuring and effectively communicating campaign performance and results
- Interpreting and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Designing and delivering job briefs that inspire the field team to achieve outstanding execution
