Be the lead on a forward thinking, collaborative team bringing together diverse groups of people, information and data to create insights that will inform our regulatory interventions and approach
- Draw on the best of the best methodologies, including collective intelligence, design thinking, agile delivery and lean start-up to start delivering value immediately
- Fixed term to 30 June 2024
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Collective intelligence is created when people work together to mobilise a wider range of information, ideas and insights to better understand, prioritise and address an opportunity, risk or threat. It's based on the theory that groups of diverse people are collectively smarter than any single individual on their own. The premise is that intelligence is distributed and different people hold different pieces of information and different perspectives that, when combined, create a more complete picture of a problem and how to solve it. The Programme Lead, Performance & Insights is expected to provide management and direction to a team of advisors working on building regulated party insight profiles. This will mean bringing hindsight, insights and foresights together through the collection of information, data and intelligence from our external environment, human and behavioural insights, output and impact measures, performance evaluations and review, regulatory risk profiles, and data analysis together to form a complete, collective intelligence profile. The ways of working of the team will be expected to encompass design thinking, lean startup and agile methods, and deliver immediate benefits.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
