**Mō te Tūranga | About the tūranga**
We spoke with our Head of Performance & Reward who let us know the following about this tūranga:
**This is an Auckland based, hybrid tūranga with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.**
Our number one priority is supporting the Momentum project, which includes the implementation of a market-leading, cloud-based HRIS called Workday. This tūranga is a key contributor to this project as we streamline the way that we manage colleague benefits information, better communicate this to colleagues and improve how we manage colleague benefits via our third-party vendors.
As part of this project, we are also evolving our approach for performance management. This tūranga will be responsible for working with the relevant stakeholders to make sure we have an effective, future focused approach for performance management across BNZ.
**What is your management style?**
My management style is based on teamwork and empowerment. I like to engage my tīma members in making decisions and finding solutions, as well as letting them take ownership and accountability for their work. I want to build a supportive and trusting environment where everyone can express their opinions, feedback, and issues openly and respectfully. I also offer frequent coaching and mentoring to help my tīma members improve and enhance their skills and abilities. I appreciate diversity and inclusion and aim to create a culture of teamwork and innovation at BNZ.

One of the most exciting things about this opportunity is the chance to be part of a transformational project that will enhance the way we manage, deliver, and communicate colleague benefits at BNZ.
