**THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our ICT distribution, infrastructure, and delivery business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure effective collaboration to maximize marketing opportunities.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales efforts.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand image and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED**
- Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role in the ICT industry or similar, preferably in distribution, infrastructure, or delivery.
- People management and leadership will be essential to drive the marketing team forward.
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand development, including creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing collateral and deliver impactful presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the ICT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
