**About **the opportunity**

We're looking for a **Lead Market Manager **to lead our market sales team, drive sales growth, and achieve operational excellence for our brand-new market site in Mount Wellington. This is the beginning of a new era for T&G Fresh, with our new Auckland market offering a contemporary, interactive experience for our customers and growers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric sales team
- Implement operational initiatives to optimise site efficiency and performance
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and growers
- Maximise sales and revenue to expand market share and achieve profitable growth
- Develop forecasts and supply programmes that align with customer demand
- Collaborate with T&G Fresh's Key Account & Marketing teams to build effective account plans

This is a key role in T&G Fresh's sales leadership team and an attractive salary package is on offer including incentive scheme and company vehicle.
