Title: Marketing Lead - Customer Base (12-month fixed term)

Our Marketing Lead, with customer base focus, will work cross-functionally to design and execute activities that improve overall customer lifetime value (balance of revenue, direct cost, tenure, investment / A&R). They deploy, test, and iterate campaigns that deliver an exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints.

In this role you will work across the full scope of our One NZ products as well as work across some ambitious and exciting marketing communication projects. Working with a digital first and data-driven mind-set, our Marketing Lead will search out and act on customer insights to make "moments of truth" awesome experiences for customers.

Please note that this will be a 12-month fixed term position.

Ko tō mahi – what you'll do
  • Drive and innovate across the entire customer lifecycle, crafting and executing strategies for retention, up-sell, cross-sell, migration, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Lead comprehensive GTM execution, blending marketing communications, product evolution, CVM program integration, and always-on engagement propositions.
  • Optimize our offerings to elevate the customer experience, ensuring seamless transitions to cutting-edge technology.
  • Create and evolve impactful campaigns, continuously testing and refining to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial success.
  • Collaborate with expert internal and external partners and agencies to design compelling campaigns, managing digital and physical channels for unparalleled customer experiences.

  • Knowledge and experience of customer base / lifecycle marketing / executing lifecycle changes to the base.
  • Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing.
  • Proposition development knowledge and experience.
  • Strong BTL experience with the ability to lead complex marketing communications delivery to multiple audiences.
  • A data driven and continuous improvement focused approach.
