We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Lead to join our Strategy & Clients Team in Parnell, Auckland.

You have a minimum of 7 years' experience with digital marketing and communications, preferably within New Zealand, and be experienced with the implementation of various marketing strategies.

You have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable and experienced with managing relationships with both external clients & internal stakeholders.

**How you'll spend your time**

You'll be working collaboratively to lead and provide expertise in the implementation of an integrated approach to marketing and communications to grow awareness of the capabilities, achievements, expertise and services of Harrison Grierson. You will use data, prepare results, options and recommendations in relation to brand and digital marketing to develop exciting and innovative brand initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Clients and closely alongside the Leadership team, you'll provide high quality project management and proactively seek opportunities to strengthen and enhance our brand.

A key focus of the role will be to develop an annual marketing / communication plan that enables Harrison Grierson's vision to be the number one urban development partner in Aotearoa. You will be focused on stakeholder management, project management & planning, implementation & delivery and providing input into brand and digital marketing programmes that align with the company's strategic plan.
