We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter & Policy Renewal Administrator to join our team. As an Appointment Setter for Insurance and Mortgage Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our experienced Financial Advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for our Advisors, allowing them to focus on providing top-notch financial guidance to clients.

You will be responsible for managing the renewal process, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all necessary documents are accurately prepared and sent out in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services.
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and establish trust.
- Explain our insurance and mortgage services, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Qualify potential clients by gathering information about their financial needs and goals.
- Schedule appointments for our Financial Advisors based throughout New Zealand.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments using our system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and communication skills to effectively convey our services to potential clients.
- Review and analyze insurance policy renewal dates to identify upcoming renewals.
- Prepare renewal documents, including policy statements, and any required forms.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of policy renewals, client interactions, and correspondence.
- Follow up with clients to obtain any necessary documentation or signatures to complete the renewal process.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies throughout the renewal process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to policy renewals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and mortgage terminology is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
