**Key responsibilities include**:

- Processing, allocating, and collecting payments
- Sending outstanding invoices
- Customer/Client care - account enquiries, follow-up calls
- Setting up accounts
- Perform account reconciliations
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and investigate where required
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records and keep database updated
- 3+ years direct experience in Accounts Receivable in NZ
- Experience in a team environment
- Proven customer care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- IT savvy - able to pick up new systems with ease
- Proven experience with time management
- You must have immediate, full working rights in NZ
