**Your new role**
The Accounts side of the role is responsible for processing invoices, managing relationships with suppliers, and verifying bank account information. There are several repetitive tasks and a need for strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and effective communication. The Office Administration side of the role is responsible for overseeing all office activities, supporting senior managers in the Otago office and managing administration tasks. A high level of organisation is required and efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
