**Position Title**:
Business & Sales Support Administrator

**Reports To**:
Office Manager and Business Manager

**Company Background**:
Led by world experts in structural and earthquake engineering, PYTHON develops structural fixings for the seismic strengthening of existing masonry buildings. PYTHON products are supplied directly to clients and merchants across New Zealand and Australia.

PYTHON is looking for a team player with a can-do attitude to provide key support and assistance to business and sales operations. Outstanding communication and relationship skills are essential, along with a solution focused approach and an appetite to make a difference. This is a varied role that requires tenacity, strong attention to detail and initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support with processing sales, preparing, and sending quotes and invoices, and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise with clients and deliver a smooth and exceptional service.
- Provide finance and accounting assistance with payroll and expense claims.
- Demonstrate collaborative problem solving and help team members as required.
- Maintain CRM and accounting systems.
- Organise PYTHON orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain stock inventory and conduct regular stock takes.
- Assist with proofreading and formatting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the general upkeep of the office and warehouse, including sourcing supplies.

**Requirements**:
Personal Skills and Qualities:

- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, that display a friendly yet professional approach.
- Demonstrate appropriate level of initiative by providing suggestions and/or implementing changes to business processes.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver at all times.

Confident and Competent User of:

- Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Teams.
- Google Suite including Gmail.

Essential:

- Prior experience of working in an office (or professional) environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Full NZ car licence.

Desirable:

- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software, HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Interest of engineering and construction principles, however industry experience is not required.
- Access to a personal vehicle that can be used for work related travel (fuel costs are covered by the business).
- Ability to travel within New Zealand, and if needed Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland Central, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Driver Licence (preferred)
