**About the role**:
We seek a skilled HR Generalist to deliver exceptional services to our internal kaimahi and stakeholders. This role will provide support to managers and be the first point of contact for kaimahi across the organisation.

This role is responsible for coaching and advising managers and kaimahi on day-to-day operational HR functions, people initiatives and integrates these initiatives into operations and ensure actions and decisions are carried out in alignment with HR best practice.

**About you**:
You will be an experienced HR generalist with the ability to provide HR and ER advice to managers across the country. You will build relationships and collaborate with ease and have sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law. You will be willing to participate fully in cultural activities and be motivated to develop an understanding of te reo and āhuatanga Māori.
