Join a growing family-orientated property investment and management company that puts its investors at the heart of what it does. Licenced and regulated by the Financial Markets Authority, our client is continuously looking at new opportunities to grow.

**Some more information about the role**

This is a part-time role reporting into the Chief Financial Officer.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Being the key point of contact for investors.
- Maintaining investor information and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Undertaking initial and ongoing Anti Money Laundering/Counter Financial Terrorism (AML/CFT) due diligence on investors and potential investors.
- Completing FATCA/ CRS (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act/Common Reporting Standards) due diligence checks on customers.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:

- Strong CRM database experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- AML/CFT experience preferable
