The right person must have excellent knowledge in finance and is able to assist in the improvement of our company internal management functions, to examine, verify, evaluate and report on financial and managerial processes.
- Master degree in finance
- Independent of management skills to meet challenging management-related discussions and decisions
- Excellent knowledge for the company internal control system
- Excellent research skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Reliable and able to work under pressure.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research the relevant information and prepare reports as required by potential lenders, coordinate with the process of lending funds into the company.
- Reporting to director on the existence and effectiveness of the operational procedure on financial aspects, identifying, managing and reporting on financial risks.
- Prepare reports and related documents as required by Director for both internal management meetings and external business meetings.
- Have an analytical and critical mindset in assisting director in making the best financial decision.
- Report to the board of directors to ensure the effectiveness internal controls
- Coordinate with the establishing and reviewing risk management objectives, identifying and reporting on financial risks.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports for management, shareholders and board of directors.
