**Some More Information About The Role**

Reporting and partnering with the CEO and Exec team, this role will play a critical role in driving strategic decision making whilst also keeping a firm hand on the financial, tax, legal and risk and governance aspects of the business. Some differentiating tasks include investor relations and company secretarial responsibilities.

Duties include to:
Inform strategic direction and provide commercial insights

Partner with the business to ensure everyone is working toward a common goal

Manage accounting, tax and legal affairs

Update and report on budgets and forecasts

Oversee payroll

Manage the treasury function and maintain banking relationships

Maintain all statutory records for the group and actively partake in the management and minute taking of board meetings

Deal with investor relations queries as and when required

Manage insurance and general office support functions

Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and industry changes

The role will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and you will also be part of the senior employee equity scheme.

**So Who Are You & What is Your Profile?**

You are an experienced CFO with at least 10 years’ experience - ideally encompassing time within a CA firm and then in either a PE backed or listed business. As this role requires extensive collaboration you need to have proven experience leading commercial teams and partnering with other executive leaders. This naturally calls for an exceptional communicator who is equally in the detail as they are in the strategy.
