**Purchasing Specialist (Bromley, Christchurch)**:
**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic team in Christchurch on full-time basis. This role is responsible for successfully procuring goods and services that meet internal and external customer expectations on cost, quality and delivery.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE**:

- Managing the daily purchasing activity for the site and supporting other sites as required.
- Building effective relationships internally, including coordinating with all internal purchasing staff.
- Ensuring project related procurement is completed in compliance to processes and policies.
- Involvement in project teams as the procurement specialist with responsibility for the procurement delivery.
- Mange/Overseeing ingoing and outgoing shipping, freight bookings as required and in a timely manner.
- Assisting the co-ordination of purchasing standarisation across NZ operations.

**WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WHO HAS**:

- 5+ years of experience in a relevant or similar role.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to variety of audiences.
- Strong Commercial acumen.
- Ability to work in a team and to build internal/external relationships with our customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Have full working rights in NZ.
