Our client is a well established family owned business in the Botany area with a small friendly team.
The duties include:
Checking internet banking
Checking inwards goods & computerised receipting
Monthly reconciling of Creditor packing slips
Monthly bank reconciliations
Invoicing service work
Payroll for 8 staff
Service bookings
Keeping the service register up to date
Liaising with the Service team to discuss service jobs
Answering incoming calls
General reception duties
This position reports to the company Director. Experience in a similar admin & accounts role would be ideal, along with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, & Excel.
