- Responsible for delivering against all financial, customer service, people and project delivery targets
- Accountable for exceptional quality and standards
- Develop, implement and manage strategies and plans that deliver targeted business outcomes
- Lead, develop and implement processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement
- Create an agile and highly engaged team culture

We are looking for someone who has leadership experience in luxury hotel management who has preferably had experience in a Hotel pre-opening. Detail focused, commercially astute and solution orientated.
