We are looking for a **Billing** & Payments Advocate** in a 12-month fixed term contract to help us keep creating awesome experiences for our customers and stakeholders.

**Our Opportunity**:
This role has the flexibility to be based in our Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga or Oamaru offices.
- Working account exceptions to validate billing data and ensure all payments are allocated correctly to customer accounts
- Performing various Billing tasks for electricity, gas, internet and mobile services
- Supporting our peers with customer queries via our helpdesk and phone queues

- Someone who enjoys working in a process-based environment and has a passion for learning
- A flexible approach to work, able to move between different tasks
- A high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to see patterns emerging, investigate trends and understand complex problems
