About the role

This is a unique position where you will get your hands in a lot of different responsibilities and projects growing your skills and knowledge in this field. This position requires creativity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Please note this position is a 12 month fixed term role and will be assessed accordingly at a later stage. This is a Monday - Friday role and will predominantly be based at our Drury office.

About you

The successful applicant will be an individual who is looking for a dynamic role that will challenge them every day. You will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding and communication. You will be someone who has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to convey messages clearly and effectively across various platforms. You will be someone with a proven track record in developing and executing successful branding and communications plans.

You are adept in social media looking after our internal and external channels ensuring all messages and posts aligns well with who we are. You are proactive, adaptable and eager to take ownership of this role driving our brand’s image to new heights.

Some key responsibilities and skills include but not limited to:
- Create content and copywriting for various platforms including social media, website and internal communication channels ensuring brand consistency is maintained.- Crafting of key projects and marketing campaigns across diverse mediums, including digital media, social platforms, videos, events, merchandise and website.- Working alongside external creative agencies to deliver unique and creative design solutions.- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance brand recognition.- Brainstorming and storyboarding with both internal and external stakeholders on projects including photographers/videographers.- Proficiency in graphic design tools e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or any other graphic design related platform.- Proven track record in branding and communications or similar role.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate fresh new ideas.
