JLL are seeking a highly motivated and organised Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the team in Auckland CBD This role manages workplace operations working onsite with one of our large, global IT clients.
**An Overview of the role**:
**Client/Stakeholder Management**: Deliver excellent customer service, build effective relationships, and ensure client expectations are met.
**Procurement & Vendor Management**: Manage multiple vendors to deliver timely and budget-friendly services.
**Contracts Management**: Monitor contract expiry, initiate re-procurement, and work with the regional team to ensure best value.
**Finance Management**: Meet financial targets, control requirements, and ensure adherence to account payable procedures.
**Health & Safety Management**: Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
**Site Operations Management**: Implement best practices, maintain building procedures, and seek cost reduction opportunities.
**24/7 Emergency Support**: Provide round-the-clock call support and site attendance during emergencies.
**Risk Management**: Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures, adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct guidelines.
