**About the Role**

Join our team at Gallagher Security as a Software Maintenance Specialist. This role is dedicated to providing top-notch sales support and exceptional customer service.

As a key team member, you will be instrumental in handling Software Maintenance quotes, orders, and inquiries for our valued Security Channel Partners and Internal Sales Teams. Your collaboration with internal departments will be essential in shaping Software Maintenance Agreements and maintaining tools and databases to ensure Care Plan accuracy. Active participation in team objectives and seamless integration of new software products will be a core focus, all while keeping a keen eye on process enhancement.

**Experience & Attributes for Success**
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in a customer and sales support role, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence in customer interaction.
- ** Collaborative Spirit**: Flourish as a valuable team player, bringing your collaborative energy to contribute effectively within a group setting.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Prior experience with Outlook and the MS Office Suite is a must. Familiarity with SAP ERP & CRM is highly desirable.
